hey boo, be my inspiration and I will struggle my best to be yours. I quit cold for about two months. As a habit, however, I cannot seem to control my need for one or two late (very late) at night. An old swing of an old bat at a dead ghost so subliminal...gawd.
So, dove...breathe.
Juice...like from a real juicer. It's helped me some. I stave (love that word, I do) off, I think more than somewhat, because of it's help.
Not that i'm stalking you or suffink, but Elena made me come here. I gave up the fags bout 10 weeks' ago. If i can, you can, too. hope it works. xxx Delbut
Rachel!!!! I miss you so much. Lots of luck giving up fags. I for one, love gay men though... tee hee.
HAPPY NEW YEAR, sweetie.
Love and hugs, Suexxxxxxx PS I have tix to see Martha and Rufus and Rufus and Loudon this July!! Are you going to the show? :-) Wish you could sing with Martha and Ru! I am taking Anjoli to England for the first time. Should be a blast.
Dear Rachel, if you can quit the ciggys, great, but if not, limit yourself. We all live in a world of limits. Everywhere you look, we find limits. Limits and controls. We’re like little pieces of machinery, I suppose. And while we’re at it, how is your machinery doing these days? Are you within your limits, always under control?
Limits and Controls: I don’t know what stops me from throwing myself off a mountain top? So help me I don’t. I cannot stand on a balcony, nine-floors up, without the “feeling” that perhaps I might throw myself off, and what prevents me? What if I just went haywire for a split-second? No – best to get to hell off that balcony, and step back into what I know.
Hi Rachel, I miss you. Here’s a song that I like and it kind of reminds me of you.

I miss you too! I am so happy to see that you are or have quit smoking. I know that 2011 is going to be a wonderful year for you. Take care and give a big hug to your furry friends-oh and Pete also!
Glad to hear you've quit smoking. It's been about 18 years for me. I've lost about 104 lbs as well. Working out 3-4x a week, riding the bike about 15-20 miles...Life is getting better :-)
Rachel, I could have sworn I left a comment on here but I don't see it. Any way it's great having back again. Love the picture. The only movie of Aldomovar's I've ever seen is Tie Me Up Tie Me Down.
Hi rachel, are you coming back this blogger site. Hope you are doing well.

Hi, rach!
ReplyDeleteLove you, but I've always hated second hand smoke. My mother smokes and my grandfather was a heavy smoker.
